Documentation & Registration

Quick answerA legitimate plot purchase produces a specific paper trail: a sale deed registered at the Sub-Registrar in your name, the survey number(s) identifying your parcel in revenue records, an encumbrance certificate showing the plot is free of prior claims, a GIS plot map, the plantation/maintenance agreement, and your KYC records. Every item can be independently verified, deeds at the Sub-Registrar office, survey numbers against official AP land records, EC through MeeSeva/registration services. If any operator resists verification of any of these, treat it as a red flag.
