• Survey and planning. Survey findings guide a plot-by-plot layout, with internal roads and shared infrastructure.
• Land development. The land is cleared, levelled and prepared to plan before planting begins.
• Water provisioning. We establish borewells and a managed water system for a dependable supply.

Solar Power for a Sustainable Future

We run core farm systems on solar energy. It keeps water moving reliably, reduces running costs, and lowers the environmental footprint of each venture.

• Solar-run water supply. Solar energy supports our irrigation and water systems with a clean, dependable source.
• Renewable by design. Choosing solar reflects a long-term commitment to sustainable cultivation, not a short-term saving.

Efficient Water Use with Drip Irrigation

Across our projects, water reaches each tree through drip lines that deliver it straight to the root zone, rather than flooding the field.

• Water conservation. Targeted delivery keeps evaporation and runoff low, so far less water is wasted.
• Nutrient retention. With reduced runoff, nutrients stay in the root zone where the tree can use them.
• Suited to red sandalwood. Drip matches the measured water needs of red sandalwood through its long growth cycle.

Comprehensive Maintenance

A plantation is a living asset that needs steady care for years. Our field teams keep every system that supports healthy trees in good working order.

• Infrastructure upkeep. Roads, water tanks and earthworks are kept structurally sound and safe.
• Systems serviced. Electrical and irrigation systems are inspected and maintained for reliable operation.
• Proactive monitoring. Bi-weekly checks by agriculture officers catch issues early and support steady growth.

Layered Security

Red sandalwood is valuable, so security is built in from day one and works in layers. No single measure makes a site theft-proof, which is why we combine several.

• 24/7 CCTV surveillance. Cameras provide round-the-clock visibility across the venture.
• On-site personnel. Trained watchmen are stationed at the venture for presence and rapid response.
• Access control. Visitor entry follows strict protocols with prior approval.
• Perimeter fencing. Fencing around the venture borders forms a physical barrier.

Financing and Registration Support

We keep ownership and paperwork straightforward, and we handle the formalities so you always know where your documents stand.

• Instalment facility. A Mutually Aided Cooperative Credit Society lets eligible customers spread payments monthly. Terms are set out in writing.
• Registration assistance. Our team handles registration formalities; on full payment, registration is completed and original documents are handed over.
• Passbook assistance. We help you apply for the pattadar passbook, which is issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
• Transparency. Venture progress is shared regularly through photos and videos.
