Quick answerWe hire across four areas: field operations (plantation supervisors, irrigation and maintenance crews in the six project districts), agronomy (plantation science and quality), investor relations (onboarding, reporting, Telugu/English support, the NRI desk in Vijayawada), and compliance & documentation (land records, registrations, liaison). Openings vary through the year; there is no live vacancies board on this page yet, so applications are welcomed by email with your CV and the area you are applying for, and every claim we make to investors about how the plantations are run is a description of the work you would actually be doing.
Where the work is
- Field: Nellore, Prakasam, Palnadu, Chittoor, YSR Kadapa, Annamayya districts.
- Office: Vijayawada (investor relations, compliance, administration).
What we look for
Agricultural or forestry experience for field roles; Telugu and English for investor-facing roles; and in every role, comfort with our defining habit, saying only what we can verify.
