Book a Site Visit
Quick answerA guided site visit is the single best due-diligence step we offer: you walk actual plantation rows in your chosen district, meet the field team who do the work, see drip lines, fencing and GIS boundaries on the ground, and review original documents — sale deeds, survey records, plot maps — on site. Visits run in all six districts, typically take half a day plus travel, cost nothing and oblige you to nothing. Book with the form; we confirm a slot by phone or WhatsApp, coordinate directions or pickup, and you are welcome to bring your own advisor.
What a visit includes
- Walking working plantation blocks in your chosen district
- Meeting the field team — ask them anything
- Seeing irrigation, protection and plot boundaries in person
- Reviewing original documents on site
Prepare like a diligent investor
Read the risks page and the verification checklist first; bring your questions and, if you like, your advisor. Choose a district on the locations page or let us suggest the nearest.
Practicalities
Half a day on site; comfortable shoes; mornings are best in summer. No cost, no obligation, and no selling on the walk — the plantation makes its own case or it doesn’t.
