Referral Partner Program
Quick answerOur referral partner program is a transparent way for individuals to introduce genuinely interested investors to our managed red sandalwood farmland. It is a referral-introduction role, not an investment scheme, a sales-agency, or a money-pooling arrangement: partners introduce prospective investors, our own team handles all information, diligence and documentation directly with the investor, and any referral compensation is governed by a written agreement. We deliberately make no income promises here, and we structure the program to stay clear of regulated territory, introducing people is not the same as soliciting or managing investments, and we keep it that way.
Please read, how this program is (and isn't) structured: This is a referral-introduction program. Partners do not collect investor money, do not give investment advice, and do not sell securities or investment products. All investor interactions, disclosures and documentation are handled by our own team. Any referral compensation is discretionary and governed by a written partner agreement. We make no income claims or guarantees. Because compensation-for-introduction structures can, if designed carelessly, touch financial-promotion and collective-investment rules, our program terms are reviewed against independent SEBI/legal advice, and any partner agreement you sign should be read (ideally with your own advisor) before you accept it.
What a referral partner does
- Introduces people who have a genuine, unsolicited interest in farmland investment.
- Shares our public information (this website, the brochure), nothing more.
- Hands the conversation to our team, who handle all diligence and documentation.
What a referral partner does NOT do
- Does not collect or handle any investor funds.
- Does not give investment, legal or tax advice.
- Does not promise returns or make guarantees on our behalf.
- Does not represent themselves as our employee or agent beyond the referral.
Who this suits
People with genuine networks in the investor community who value our transparency-first approach and are comfortable introducing others honestly, without pressure or hype. If your instinct is to promise someone they’ll “become a millionaire”, this isn’t the program for you; that’s exactly the language we avoid (see our disclaimer).
How compensation works
Referral compensation, where applicable, is defined in a written partner agreement, is discretionary, and is never framed as guaranteed income. We’ll walk you through the terms, and we encourage independent advice before you sign. See also our compliance page on the regulatory context for managed-plantation offerings.
