How It Works, the Full Lifecycle

Quick answerThe lifecycle in brief: at entry (year 0) your plot is registered in your name, GIS-mapped and planted with certified saplings on drip irrigation. Years 1 to 2 are establishment, the highest-care period, with survival monitoring and gap-filling. Years 3 to 10 are the long middle: canopy development and the slow beginning of heartwood, tracked by quarterly drone surveys and reports. Approaching maturity, harvest is planned under the Forest Department framework then in force, with buyback assistance where your agreement includes it. Throughout, you own the land; we do the work; the reports keep you informed, and nothing about the outcome is guaranteed.

Year 0, entry

KYC, agreement, payment, and a sale deed registered in your name (see getting started). Your plot is GIS-mapped; planting and drip commissioning follow the plantation calendar.

Years 1 to 2, establishment

The make-or-break period for young trees: irrigation, weeding, protection, and replacement of early losses. Survival is tracked block by block.

Years 3 to 10, the long middle

Canopy closes, trunks thicken, heartwood begins its slow formation (the biology). You receive quarterly reports; drone imagery shows your rows from above; site visits are welcome any year.

Approaching maturity

Harvest follows the permission process at that time, read harvest & buyback for the honest detail, including what cannot be promised a decade ahead.
